The Project Technologies Group - ISO/TS 16949 Implementation Project

Project Summary	This project will: Educate key employees in ISO/TS 16949 and quality system practices. Assess the company's quality system for compliance to ISO/TS 16949. Assist the company in developing a strategy, implementation plan and quality system documentation to achieve compliance or registration.
Who Should Participate	Key employees who have responsibility for or are involved in the organization's core business processes should be assigned to the project
Deliverables	With top management leadership and discipline, this project develops an ISO/TS 16949 compliant quality system, covering the following items: Quality System Documentation & Implementation Workshop ISO/TS 16949 Quality System Project Planning Baseline Assessment ISO/TS 16949 Overview for Employees Internal Auditor Workshop Assistance with Internal Quality System Auditing. Assistance in Selecting a Registrar Additional Consulting as Necessary.
