The Project Technologies Group - ISO/TS 16949 Documentation and Implementation Workshop

Module Summary	This workshop series provides training and hands-on exercises in documenting the company's Quality Management System. Topics include: Overview and quality systems documentation ISO/TS 16949 Requirements Steps to implementing an ISO/TS 16949 quality system Guidelines in flowcharting Writing policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Who Should Attend	Key employees who have responsibility for or are involved in the organization's core business processes should be assigned to the project
Deliverables	Participants will learn: How to develop policies, procedures and operational flow-charts. The requirements of ISO/TS 16949 and the steps needed to implement and document an ISO/TS 16949 compliant quality system. How to use tools in a notebook we provide that contains presentation materials and sample policies and procedures including an ISO/TS 16949 standards manual.
