Module Summary	This training will provide instruction and hands-on experience in conducting internal audits, including: An overview Internal Audit Program ISO/TS 16949 Requirements Exercises in conformance/nonconformance Planning and conducting an audit Optional third day to conduct audit at host facility.
Who Should Attend	Employees who have responsibility for or are involved in the organization's core business processes
Deliverables	Participants will: Be able to plan and execute internal audits against ISO/TS 16949 requirements. Understand how to implement and schedule an effective internal audit program. Receive a notebook of presentation materials Obtain a copy of the ISO/TS 16949 Technical Standard.

Program Length	2 days with optional third day to conduct internal audits.
