Project Summary	To prepare the company for a registration audit, this project reviews the Quality Management System for compliance to ISO/TS 16949, and includes: A kick off meeting to explain the process and establish schedule A review operations and documentation Documentation of findings A closing meeting to review findings
Who Should Participate	Key employees who have responsibility for documenting and implementing the ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management System.
Deliverables	Management and assessment team participants will: Learn how to identify nonconformances that the company will need to address in order to be ready for registration or compliance. Receive report summarizing the company's quality management Receive a list of quality system nonconformances.
