SPS - Systematic Problem Solving for Teams and Individuals

Module Summary

This course explains the scientific principals that are the basis for all disciplined problem-solving systems of the sort required for QS-9000 and ISO/TS 16949. The principles are simple, logical, easy to remember, and versatile (they work for teams or individuals, easy three-step problems, or difficult problems involving hundreds of steps). Job aids are provided so that solutions can be easily expressed in the 5, 7, or 8-step reporting systems used by the Big Three.
