This module provides guidelines and hands-on experience in anticipating future design or process failures, evaluating risk, and taking preventive action. FMEA can apply to all processes in the enterprise value stream, and office.

Product, process, test, reliability, and quality engineers. Staff that is responsible for any of the value stream or office processes and activities where FMEA is used to reduce failures. Supervisors and technicians who participate in FMEA teams will benefit greatly.
