ISO/TS Core Tools for Internal Audit

Summary:

Internal Auditors working with ISO/TS16949: 2002 or QS-9000: 1998 need to audit activities such as APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process). Familiarity with these subjects is a prerequisite for auditing them well. Specific training in the core tools is a customer-specific requirement of Ford Motor Company for Internal Auditors

Who Should Attend:

Internal Auditors working under ISO/TS16949: 2002 or QS-9000: 1998.

Deliverables:

Participants will be able to describe what each core tool is, when and why it is used, and who should use it. Participants will be able to demonstrate the skills needed to successfully audit the core tools

Prerequisites:

Experience or training as an Internal Auditor.
