Module Summary
|
The Hard part of any
problem-solving effort is identifying the root-cause. This course drives
home the three tests that determine whether a potential cause is actually a
root cause. It also covers the preliminary steps that must precede root
cause analysis and the follow-up steps necessary for a permanent solution.
The process supports all reporting systems used for documenting problems.
