Listening Skills

Module Summary

This module addresses problems that are often attributed to attitude, motivation, morale, or communication problems. Often, the root cause of these problems can be directly linked to poor listening skills. No one knows the hidden cost of time lost by employees performing the wrong tasks, or performing them in the wrong order, due to poor listening skills. People screen out or mentally change the intended purpose of what they hear in more than 70% of all communications. We designed this module to improve listening skills so that the overall atmosphere in the workplace is enhanced and productivity improves.
