These sessions will help group members understand how to create in the group setting.

Who Should Attend:

Anyone who needs to work effectively with groups to create what matters. Work Teams, Project Teams, Leadership Groups,

Deliverables:

The Group will complete a collective and individual goal via the Creative Process. The group will become aware of its successful patterns to become more effective in future projects.

Prerequisites:

Completed team assessment on the computer before the session. Interview with course logistics team.

Six, 3-Hour Sessions over a 3 month period (ERFDF)
