Summary:	There are many ways to develop employees. This workshop will identify and explore many of the ways successful employers help their employees grow. These can include individual strategies such as providing challenging assignments, to organizational strategies such as building a learning organization. Many of the strategies used today will be explored and assessed as to their feasibility in the client's organization.

Deliverables:	After completing this program participants will be able to: Motivate employees by providing personalized forms of recognition and an environment conducive to learning and success Identify performance gaps and develop plans with employees to close those gaps, i.e. classes, E-learning, on-the-job training, job aids Provide opportunities for employees to showcase their talents Give challenging, stretch assignments to those with high potential Assist employees in identifying available Company resources, such as career counseling, cross-training assignments, or tuition reimbursement
