- Motivate employees by providing personalized forms of recognition and an environment conducive to learning and success
- Identify performance gaps and develop plans with employees to close those gaps, i.e. classes, E-learning, on-the-job training, job aids
- Provide opportunities for employees to showcase their talents
- Give challenging, stretch assignments to those with high potential
- Assist employees in identifying available Company resources, such as career counseling, cross-training assignments, or tuition reimbursement
