The Project Technologies Group - Managing Diversity


Summary:	The purpose of this workshop is to help managers and leaders to fulfill their roles beyond that of valuing diversity. This segment is an optional add-on to the Valuing Diversity Workshop for those that have authority and responsibility for selection and work of their employees. Diversity is dependent on bias-free infrastructures; which are controlled by managers.
Who Should Attend:	Supervisors, managers, and leaders at all levels
Deliverables:	After completing this program participants will be able to: Understand how managing diversity is different from traditional management Identify the key factors in managing diversity Use the Manager Employee Interview Questions to implement The Platinum Rule with employees Assess their own skills in managing diversity Create solutions to difficult diversity situations in the workplace Create an action plan for managing diversity
