Managing Generation X & Y Employees

Summary:

Supervisors often wonder how to communicate with their younger employees? They may wonder what in the world will motivate them Why are the good employees hard to retain? Why do potentially good employees under-perform?

Regardless of age and experience as a supervisor or manager in the organization, participants will learn how to motivate and manage Generation X employees & the emerging Generation Y workforce. They will learn how to employ best practices that work well with today's younger employees.

Supervisors and managers, particularly those from the baby-boom generation

  • Recruit and retain high-performing employees in these age groups Utilize best management practices
