Summary:	Today mentoring is recognized as one of the most effective ways to develop people...from teen development to executive development. Whether you want to develop a program for your professional, religious, civic organization or workplace, there are process considerations for developing a successful program. In this workshop, you will learn how to design, implement, and evaluate a mentoring program that meets your organization's needs.

Deliverables:	After completing this program participants will be able to: Identify the purpose, goals, and style of the proposed program Develop leadership support for the program Develop program guidelines, stakeholders' roles and responsibilities Recruit and match mentors and mentees Launch the program Train mentors Communicate with participants and provide on-going support Track progress of mentoring participants Evaluate the program's effectiveness and modify as needed
