Summary:	This workshop will be highly interactive and results-oriented. The participants will examine how they would like their working relationships to be with regard to trust, accountability, and responsibility. During the workshop, they will develop an action plan that will move them toward that vision. Included are activities to promote trust and open feedback.
Who Should Attend:	Supervisors and managers at all levels of the organization
Deliverables:	After completing this program participants will be able to: Describe the concepts of trust, accountability, and responsibility and how they relate to each other Develop a vision of an organization with high interpersonal trust Identify driving and restraining forces in reaching that vision within the company Experience how quickly trust can erode and how difficult it can be to rebuild Provide feedback to others in the group or in other departments that impact one's work (latter for groups run with employees from various departments)
