Resolving Conflicts at Work

Summary:

This program is designed to provide employees with a win/win process to effectively resolve conflicts that occur in the workplace. Participants will have an opportunity to practice the process in realistic workplace situations.

Who Should Attend:

Employees at all levels of the organization

Deliverables:

After completing this program participants will be able to:

  • Assess their conflict-resolution styles
  • Utilize a process to resolve conflicts
  • Utilize a process to resolve conflict situations among employees through constructive confrontation intervention (optional for supervisors and managers only)
  • Defuse and resolve conflict situations with difficult employees

None
