Summary:

Providing superior customer service is the key to remaining profitable in an increasingly service-oriented and competitive business climate. This workshop provides participants with the critical skills necessary to meet, and even exceed internal and external customer expectations to retain customers and even instill loyalty in customers so they keep coming back.
