The Project Technologies Group - Decision-Making Skills


Summary:	Participants will learn a process that will increase their ability to make effective and appropriate decisions. Their decisions will be able to be supported by a logical, systematic approach and business criteria rather than on "gut feelings".
Who Should Attend:	Supervisors, managers, and anyone whose responsibilities include decision-making
Deliverables:	After completing this program participants will be able to: Apply a decision-making model that is based on criteria and alternatives Determine criteria for making decisions Determine the appropriate usage of the decision-making model Select the decision-making style suitable for the situation: Notification, Consultation, Collaboration, or Consensus Develop an action plan that will transfer learning to the job
