Dealing with Difficult People

Summary:

We all experience friction with other people, often because our styles differ and sometimes conflict with each other. But there are some people who are considered difficult much of the time and to many different people, regardless of the circumstances. The feelings of helpless frustration or anger that result from repeated encounters with difficult people are often cited as a major cause of work-related stress or conflict. We may not be able to change them, but we can practice effective techniques in dealing with them...and not letting them ruin our day.
