Summary:	Participants will learn to understand co-workers and customers who are different from them and to value those differences as assets to the business, rather than problems. The workshop acknowledges that others may want to be treated differently than we do, and provides tools to respect those differences. Participants will also learn tools and techniques for dealing with offensive behavior.

Deliverables:	After completing this program participants will be able to: Recognize the many dimensions of diversity, both visible and unseen Identify benefits of valuing diversity to the individual employee, the work group, and the organization Recognize how stereotypes and prejudice develop and how they can be dispelled Assess their own personal own behaviors regarding diversity Utilize tools and techniques to handle sensitive diversity issues Behave in ways that value diversity and create inclusion in the workplace
