Listening Skills

Summary:

Although it is estimated that 45% of the workday is spent listening, very few people are taught how to listen. Most people find listening to other people's messages more difficult than sending their own messages. Listening is a skill critical in delivering good internal and external customer service, meeting participation, and understanding work assignments. This workshop provides practical examples and exercises on how to become a better listener.
