Summary:

This workshop is best conducted with an intact team. Appropriate team-building activities will be built in to a customized program, preferably utilizing the goals and current work of the team. If the team is newly formed, there will be an emphasis on a shared vision, the individual and collective roles of the team members, developing team norms, and the stages of team development they can expect. If the team has been working together, there may be an emphasis on evaluating the current functioning of the team and dealing with specific identified issues.
