Organizational Project Management Maturity Model Assessment

Module Summary

The Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) was published by the Project Management Institute (PMI) in December of 2003.  It is the worldwide standard on organizational project management.  Through an OPM3 assessment, companies can measure their ability to deliver their business strategies through successful projects.

During the assessment, the organization can expect to receive introductory awareness training on OPM3, an assessment result showing where the organization is on the overall maturity continuum, and recommendations to improve their maturity.

Each assessment covers the project program and portfolio management domains
