Our training and consulting services help improve company-wide quality and performance. These services target customer satisfaction, e.g., delivering your product and service to exceed customer expectations in cost, quality, and overall performance. Starting with a portfolio of "lean thinking," learn-do workshops, and Six Sigma our service approach evolved and improved as we completed quality and process improvement projects at 100 plus client locations.

On-site delivery of these workshops, in a cross-functional team setting, has proven to be most effective. Each contains modules dealing with both "hard" technology type skills and "soft" people skills. We have found that by packaging services in this fashion, we can help teams rapidly improve performance and quality.
