- Selection of champions.

Attendees will be able to:
- Describes Six Sigma as a business strategy, including structure, reward system, goals, training, and jargon.
- Describe the roles of "champions," "master black belts," "black belts," and "greenbelts."
- Decide, as a group, whether to commit and, if appropriate, select the company's "champions."
