Module Summary

This course will continue the Six Sigma application process, which is called "DMAIC" - Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. Specific skills will be developed and practiced for analyzing Six Sigma projects.

  2. Probability and Statistics
  3. Confidence Limits
  4. Comparison Tests
  5. Correlation
  6. Regression
  7. ANOVA

Deliverables

Attendees will be able to:

  • Describe Six Sigma.
  • Describe DMAIC,
  • Use Multi-variable charts
  • Use probability, and statistics, including confidence limits, comparison tests, correlation, regression, and ANOVA.
  • Copy of presentation materials
