Six Sigma "Black Belt" Training - Control (Module 4)
Module Summary
This course will continue the Six Sigma application process, which is called "DMAIC" - Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. Specific skills will be developed and practiced for controlling Six Sigma projects, including:
Continuous Improvement and Statistical Process Control
Control Plans
Reliability Testing.
Deliverables
Attendees will be able to:
Discuss which type of characteristics benefit from ongoing control charts; select a suitable control chart for a specific process; recognize out-of-control conditions;
Explain how to react to an out-of-control situation; and
Develop control plans, including reliability testing as appropriate.
Participants will receive a copy of presentation materials.
