Six Sigma "Green Belt" Training - Define, Measure, Analyze
(Module 1)

Module Summary

Green Belts assist Black Belts in performing Six Sigma projects by serving on teams led by Black Belts, or by leading teams on simpler projects. In small companies, all teams may be led by Green Belts. Green Belts cover all the Black Belt topics, but in less statistical depth. It includes:

  1. Six Sigma
  2. DMAIC
  3. Define tooling
  4. Measure tooling
  5. Analyze tooling (Part 1)

Who Should Attend

Employees assigned to Six-Sigma projects.

Deliverables

Attendees will be able to

  • Describe Six Sigma.
  • Describe DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control).
  • Use basic project management, reliability, quality, and statistical tools to define, measure, and partially analyze a Six Sigma project.

Attendees receive:

  • A copy of presentation materials
  • A copy of Six Sigma Pocket Guide by Rath & Strong
