Module Summary	This course will continue the Six Sigma application process, which is called "DMAIC" - define, measure, analyze, improve, and control. Specific skills will be developed and practiced for analyzing, improving, and controlling Six Sigma projects. This module includes: Analyze tooling (Part 2) Improve tooling Control tooling.
Who Should Attend	Employees assigned to Six-Sigma projects.
Deliverables	Attendees will be able to: Present the first half of the company's project, Design an experiment, generate a solution, and Implement a control plan. PTG provides a copy of presentation materials
Prerequisites	Green Belt Module 1 and completion of sample project from Module 1. (Module 2 is typically held one month after Module 1.)
