Project Summary:

For companies that are AS9100 registered or that have developed their current quality system using ISO 9000:1994 requirements, this module provides instruction, coaching and review of the company's AS9100 Quality System Manual to ensure compliance when updating to the new AS9001 Rev A, which is based on ISO 9001:2000 requirements.

Who Should Attend
|
- Key personnel who understand or have been involved in the development, implementation, support and/or auditing of the company's AS 9100 based on ISO 9001:1994 Quality Management System, or AS 9100 projects.
- At least two people who are familiar with and have the authority to make changes to the company's current quality system manual.

Deliverables
|
An AS9100A compliant Quality Management System.

Prerequisites
|
None, but the attendees also must bring the current quality system manual containing both policies and procedures.

Sessions are conducted every one to three weeks to allow participants sufficient time to develop/refine policies and procedures to meet AS9100A requirements
