AS9100A Baseline Assessment - (Gap Analysis)

Project Summary

The PTG gap analysis provides:

  1. A review the company's quality system for compliance to AS9100A. Identify deficiencies and provide the company with a corrective action plan.
  2. Evaluation of the level of conformance of the company's current quality system to AS9100A requirements.
  3. Identification of key areas for focused efforts to bring the company's Quality Management System into compliance.

The key milestones for the project are:

  1. Kick off meeting to explain the process and establish a schedule.
  2. Review operations and documentation.
  3. Document findings
  4. Closing meeting to review findings.

Who Should Participate

Key employees who have responsibility for or are involved in the organization's core business processes should be assigned to the project

Deliverables

Management will receive a report summarizing the company's Quality Management System conformances and nonconformances, and key areas for focused effort.
