The Project Technologies Group - ISO 9001:2000 in Construction Implementation Project


Project Summary	To help implement ISO 9000:2000 in a Construction Organization, PTG will: Educate the company in ISO 9001:2000 and quality systems practices as they apply to a Construction, Assess the company's quality system for compliance to ISO 9001:2000. Assist the company in developing a strategy, implementation plan and quality system documentation to achieve compliance or registration.
Who Should Attend	Key employees who have responsibility for or are involved in the organization's core business processes should be assigned to the project
Deliverables	With top management leadership and discipline, PTG assists in developing an ISO 9001:2000 compliant quality system. The following are some of the deliverables / phases of the project: ISO 9001:2000 Documentation & Implementation Workshop ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Project Planning Baseline Assessment ISO 9001:2000 Overview Workshop for Employees Internal Auditor Workshop Assistance with Internal Quality System Auditing Assistance in Selecting a Registrar Additional Consulting as Necessary.
