Dynamic Teams and Team Dynamics

Summary:

Successful implementation of a TQM program, or any other project, requires teams of individuals working together to achieve goals and objectives. Teams are successful because team leaders understand the dynamics of group interaction, conflict resolution and how to encourage team members to create an environment of trust and dynamics. This course teaches people how to properly function in a team environment as a facilitator, leader and member.

Team roles and responsibilities will be defined as ground rules for team meetings are established. Problem solving and team building strategies will be developed to compliment a dynamic team approach for implementing a successful TQM program
